Tempus Realty Partners of Little Rock on Thursday announced it had purchased specialty women’s retailer Lane Bryant’s headquarters in New Albany, Ohio for $42 million.
The acquisition of the 236,070-SF, two-building property at 8323 Walton Parkway is Tempus’ sixth in the Columbus metro market, the firm said in a news release.
“We’re thrilled to add such a high-quality property with a well-respected tenant to our portfolio,” Tempus CEO Dan Andrews said.
Lane Bryant is signed as a tenant for at least the next 20 years.
