1 min read

Real estate investment firm Tempus Realty Partners of Little Rock on Wednesday announced the $40.3 million acquisition of an industrial properties portfolio.

The three sale-leaseback properties and one investment sale property are located in Columbus, Indiana; Hilliard, Ohio; Philipsburg, Pennsylvania; and Huntsville, Alabama. The properties collectively span 574,548 SF across 73 acres.

Tenants in the portfolio include:

  • Duravent Group, a global leader in the design and manufacture of advanced venting, filtration, and air control systems
  • Kassel Mechanical, a specialty contractor focused on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire suppression, millwright and rigging services
  • Powder Metal Goldschmidt, a global leader in precision-engineered components for the automotive and industrial sectors

A news release on the transaction did not identify the sellers.

“This portfolio reflects our continued focus on investment in quality industrial assets in America’s heartland,” Dan Andrews, CEO of Tempus, said in the release. “These properties align well with our conviction about the bright future ahead for the industrial sector.”

The deal marks Tempus’ second portfolio acquisition of 2025. The company in May announced the $43.8 million purchase an office and retail property in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Since its founding in 2016, Tempus has acquired more than $1 billion worth of property across 25 states.
