Alter Trading Corp.'s purchase of Tenenbaum Recycling Group included two buildings on 35 acres in North Little Rock.
You might recall last month’s sale of North Little Rock’s Tenenbaum Recycling Group to Alter Trading Corp. of St. Louis.
The financial details of that transaction weren’t disclosed.
However, we can tell you how much the real estate piece of the deal went for.
About $6.8 million.
That encompassed TRG’s 71,000-SF complex at 4500 Bethany Road (more than $4 million) and 42,968-SF facility at 2601 Central Airport Road (more than $2.7 million).
Together the properties have a combined land area of more than 35 acres.
