The Cashion Co. Insurance and Bonding LLC. of Little Rock announced an expansion of its leadership team.
In a news release, The Cashion Co. said the moves were made to position the company for future growth. The expanded team has more than 80 years of combined experience at The Cashion Co. alone.
The revamped team includes:
- Matthew K. Cashion Jr., president
- Andrew Davie, executive vice president of northwest Arkansas
- Michael Dornblaser, executive vice president of business development
- Cash McMillen, executive vice president of operations,
- Lee Jackson, executive vice president of risk management
“These individuals bring their own unique expertise to elevate the quality of work, level of service and inventive problem solving our clients have known and experienced at Cashion Co.,” Cashion said in a news release. “When we announced this change internally at the end of 2022, it was met with resounding applause. The team has been quietly transitioning since then and we are thrilled to share this news with everyone.”
Davie joined the company in 2018 after playing football in the NFL and for the University of Arkansas. Before that, he spent four years in Minor League Baseball with the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago White Sox organizations. Davie graduated from the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas in 2009 with a degree in business management.
Dornblaser joined the company in 2005 as an intern. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in construction management. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2013 and is also a graduate of CNA Insurance’s Sales and Technical Training School and the NASBP Surety Bond School.
McMillen joined the company in 2019 as a licensed producer. He graduated from the University of Central Arkansas and remains heavily involved with the Insurance and Risk Management program as a guest speaker, panelist and mentor. He spent the first part of his career in commercial lines underwriting for regional and national companies, eventually becoming Underwriting Supervisor for the Arkansas Region. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor(CIC) designation and is currently working toward his Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designation. He is also a graduate of levels I and II of NASBP Surety Bond School.
Jackson joined the company in 2005 and has more than 18 years of experience in the insurance and bonding industry with an emphasis in construction. He graduated from Louisiana Tech University in 2000 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He earned his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2009.
