Grace Rains has been hired as director of operations at The Conductor in Conway, and Tiffany Henry is its new rural director.
Rains formerly worked in business development and physician recruitment at Conway Regional Health System.
Henry previously oversaw the Winthrop Rockefeller Institute’s community and leadership development program, Uncommon Communities.
Kasey L. Summerville has been promoted to senior director of tax revenue at the Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau.
Summerville was previously the director of national accounts in the LRCVB’s sales department.
