Kanesha Adams has joined The Generator in Pine Bluff. Adams will be the education programs coordinator. Adams is a Pine Bluff native as well as a doctoral student at the University of Alabama. She received her master’s in education psychology from Oklahoma State University and studied criminal justice and psychology at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.

Emily Ingram has been hired by AARP Arkansas in Little Rock as an associate state director in community outreach. Ingram has more than 18 years of experience working at nonprofits and most previously worked for LifeQuest of Arkansas.

Trish Roberson was appointed board president of the Thea Foundation in North Little Rock, starting in the position on July 1. Roberson became a donor to the foundation in 2015 and has served previously as board vice president in 2019 and the Blue Chair in 2019.
Immerse Arkansas, a nonprofit that serves youth in crisis in Little Rock, has been invited to participate in the Praxis Nonprofit Accelerator. The Praxis Nonprofit Accelerator is a mentorship-driven program that equips social ventures to expand their impact on their communities. Praxis accepts only 12 organizations internationally a year.
