The Nest, a women’s co-working community and social club in Little Rock, announced that it’s launching a high-level peer group for female business owners focusing on business growth and empowerment.
The group, called The Nest Inner Circle, is accepting applications from female founders and entrepreneurs with more than $500,000 in annual revenue. It aims to connect women with a support system of business peers while offering tools and strategies to support business growth, the company said in a news release.
The Nest Inner Circle will meet once a month for a half-day session to explore areas of growth including goal setting and vision casting, strategy and planning, leadership and culture, and marketing and execution.
Guest speakers will also share their insights on tailored topics such as operations, finance, marketing and more.
“The challenges facing female business owners are much different than our male counterparts,” Natalie Ghidotti, co-founder of The Nest and owner of Little Rock marketing firm Ghidotti, said in the release. “The Inner Circle will address those challenges, providing a confidential and encouraging peer group that gives women new ways to take their business to the next level.”
Inner Circle sessions are scheduled to begin in May and continue through October. Membership includes a fee. Applications for the inaugural group are due by May 15.
