Rob Dickinson and Jens Talbert have been promoted to vice president at The Stephens Group LLC of Little Rock.
Dickinson joined the investment firm in 2018 and is involved with investments in Catalyst Acoustics Group, Pearlman Group and Spitzer Industries.
Talbert joined the firm in 2020 and is involved with investments in Armor, CoreLink, Kele and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams.
“Rob and Jens have proven themselves as strong investors who share our commitment to partnering with management teams and entrepreneurs to build long-term, sustainable businesses. We are pleased to recognize their efforts and look forward to their continued leadership going forward,” Witt Stephens, chairman and CEO of The Stephens Group, said in a news release.
