Tim Hicks has been named chief administrative officer and executive director of investor relations at Bank of the Ozarks of Little Rock. He joined the bank in 2009 and was senior vice president of corporate finance until becoming executive vice president of corporate finance in 2012.
Hicks was director of investor relations and assistant treasurer of a publicly traded company from 2006 to 2009. Before that, he held various positions with a big-four public accounting firm, leaving as a senior audit manager.
Hicks is a CPA and has a Bachelor of Arts in business and economics from Hendrix College in Conway.
Dexter Lewis, Joey Moll, Bill Puddephatt, Jeff Richardson and Chris White are finalists for the central Arkansas chapter of the Risk Management Association’s 2017 Commercial Banker of the Year award.
Lewis works for Arvest Bank, Moll for One Bank & Trust, Puddephatt for First Service Bank and White for Simmons Bank, all in Little Rock. Richardson works for Bank of the Ozarks in Benton.
The awards luncheon is scheduled for Thursday at the Clinton Presidential Library.
S. Lee Rush has been hired by Simmons Bank in Little Rock as senior vice president and trust officer after 18 years in various wealth management roles with Regions Bank.
Since 2012, Rush has served as Regions’ Arkansas area business manager.
