1 min read

Trenna Barker has been named North Little Rock president of First Security Bank of Searcy. She replaces John Davis, who recently announced his retirement. She will manage the North Little Rock, Sherwood and Maumelle markets. “There is so much opportunity here in our market,” Barker said. “I am looking forward to continuing to build on what John Davis and others before me have built here.”

Barker, who has been with the bank since 2011, has 12 years of banking experience. She served as banking center manager and credit analyst before her promotion to commercial loan officer, a role in which she served seven years. “Trenna has a great understanding of our values, culture and brand promise, and she is surrounded by a great team that complements her well,” said John Rutledge, regional president and CEO of First Security Bank Little Rock. Barker serves on the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation board and is a CareLink Meals on Wheels volunteer. She was 2023 chair of the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals board and is a 2022 alumna of the Workmatters Institute.

Barker received a bachelor’s degree in journalism and public relations/image management from Arkansas State University in 2011.
