The University of Arkansas-Little Rock’s College of Business received reaccreditation for its business programs on Monday, from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International.
AACSB accreditation is earned by less than 5 percent of the world’s higher education business programs, according to a news release.
The college offers students the opportunity to study in eight undergraduate disciplines, two undergraduate certificate programs and five graduate certificate programs.
Specialized graduate programs in information systems and a master’s degree in business administration are also available.
The college has the distinction of being one of only a handful of business schools across the nation with two economic development outreach units housed within it — the Institute of Economic Advancement and the Arkansas Small Business & Technology Development Center.
