UA Supply Chain Program Ranked No. 1

1 min read

The undergraduate supply chain management program at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville was ranked the top program in North America by Gartner, a global research firm.

Arkansas’ program had been ranked No. 15 in the 2018 rankings. Gartner releases its rankings every two years based on a program’s industry value, scope and size.

The university began the program in the Sam M. Walton College of Business in 2011; it was started by Matt Waller, now the dean of the Walton College, and John Ozment.

“It’s an honor to earn such outstanding recognition,” said Brian Fugate, the chairman of the Supply Chain Management department. “Northwest Arkansas has become a hot-spot for the industry with all the great supply chain companies located nearby. It’s important that we do our part to add to that excellence.”
