Sara Stancil, a CPA at Bell & Co. PA of Little Rock, has been appointed to the board of the Estate Planning Council of Arkansas, in Little Rock.

Susan Devero

Susan Devero has been promoted to vice president and chief marketing officer at the Arkansas Colleges of Health Education in Fort Smith.

Banking & Finance

Eric Munson

Eric Munson has been hired as senior vice president, government and institutional banking at Bank OZK of Little Rock. He was previously the chief deputy treasurer of the Arkansas treasurer of state’s office and has three decades of experience in banking.

Katie Pipkin

Katie Pipkin has been promoted to vice president, regional trust manager at Arvest Bank of Fayetteville’s wealth management division. She will oversee trust services in central Arkansas and the Arkansas River Valley.

Education

Brad Phelps, general counsel at the Arkansas State University System in Little Rock since 2014, has been promoted to senior vice president but retains his role as general counsel.

Landen Crancer has been promoted to associate vice president for finance and administration and continues his role as chief of staff.

Lori Pope has been promoted to interim vice president for human resources for the ASU System.

Terrence Ward, president of the Wings of Honor Museum in Walnut Ridge, has been named the interim coordinator of the Lawrence County Chamber of Commerce in Walnut Ridge.

Health Care

Andy Davis has been appointed chief transformation officer at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He will lead a 100-day plan with the goal of driving university-wide changes that will enable financial growth, operational efficiency and culture change.

Erin Jefferson

Dr. Erin Jefferson has been hired by the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock as director of UAMS’ women’s mental health program. She will work in Fayetteville and will be establishing northwest Arkansas’ first specialized perinatal mental health clinic.
