VSC Fire & Security Inc. of Ashland, Virginia, said Monday that it has acquired Arkansas Automatic Sprinklers/United Fire Suppression of Cabot, a full-service fire protection and security company specializing in fire suppression and low-voltage integration.
“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to bring AAS into the VSC portfolio,” Mike Meehan, VSC president, said in a news release. “Tommy Clements and his management team have built an outstanding company that is an excellent cultural fit with our team.”
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The companies said the acquisition comes as both companies seek to expand their geographic footprints and services.
