IFP has 10 other locations in six states; this will be its only office in Arkansas.

The seller was Thousand Peaks Ventures LLC, led by Joe Carter Jr. Todd Rice, Justin Bentley and Ted Dickey of Colliers International represented Thousand Peaks Ventures.

John Hathaway and Reed Billings of CBC Hathaway Group represented the buyer. Billings said in a news release, “This will be a great new location for IFP. We are pleased to see our client move up in terms of visibility and quality for their central Arkansas location. They will now be able to continue their growth in an owned facility, and we have already secured a tenant for the balance of the building.”

Eubanks said the firm has two locations, in White Hall and in Cleburne County, but one of the partners who worked at the White Hall location also had a home office in Little Rock.
