A pair of apartment complexes in west Little Rock, retail space in North Little Rock, agri acreage in Lonoke County and a trio of upscale homes in Pulaski County form this week’s conga line of million-dollar real estate transactions.
► Bailey Properties LLC, an affiliate of Little Rock’s BSR Trust LLC, sold the 256-unit Waterford Apartments project at 701 Green Mountain Drive for $18.1 million and the 72-unit Bowman Heights project at 420 Markham Mesa Place for $4 million.
Buyers: AndMark Waterford Apartments LLC and AndMark Bowman Heights Apartments LLC, affiliates of the AndMark real estate investment firm of Los Angeles.
► Lyndle and Heather McCurley bought a 6,960-SF retail project at 4530 E. McCain Blvd. for $1.5 million from Regal Properties LLC, led by Muhammad Almahayni.
► Todd and Melanie Tipton sold more than 340 acres in southern Lonoke County for more than $1.1 million to Buck Brush Farms LLC of Tyler, Texas. Most of the farmland borders the eastern, southern and western edge of Allport.
► Prajwal Chevireddy and Silpa Maram purchased an 8,832-SF home in the Orle neighborhood of west Little Rock for more than $1.1 million from Waterview Estates Phase III LLC, led by Rick Ferguson.
► The Adam Scott Melton Revocable Trust sold a 3,674-SF home and adjoining lot in North Little Rock’s Rockwater Village neighborhood for $1 million to the namesake trust of Charles Hays Jr. and his wife, Gladys.
► Brian McGee acquired a 5,673-SF home in west Little Rock’s Bella Rosa Estates neighborhood for $1 million from Kristen Lienhart and Chad Gossett.
