Dustin Davis has been promoted to senior associate at WDD Architects of North Little Rock.

Chris Shepard has been hired as chief financial officer of Clark Contractors of Little Rock. As CFO, Shepard will manage the company’s financial actions, including financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning and risk management.
Lexicon Inc. of Little Rock has announced the following promotions: Mike Colvin, plant manager for Prospect Steel, and Justin Smith, plant manager for Custom Metals. Colvin will oversee Prospect Steel’s structural steel fabrication and coatings operations. Smith will strive to create a safe and efficient work environment.
