Foreclosure Sales Lead Off Recent Million-Dollar Deals

Little Rock provides a trio of million-dollar transactions this week with an apartment complex, mansion and high-rise condo.

• An affiliate of Ellington Management Group of Greenwich, Connecticut, recovered the 258-unit Westland Heights Apartments project at 418 Markham Mesa Drive in a $5.5 million foreclosure sale.

The former owner was Westland Apartments Ltd., led by David Henry.

We’re told the project is in the process of reselling in a $5.2 million transaction.

• Bank of New York Mellon recovered a 10,943-SF Chenal Downs residence at a $2.16 million foreclosure sale.

The home was owned by Donnie and Mary Savage.

• Brad and Amy Baltz bought a 2,783-SF piece of the 16th floor of the 300 Third Tower for $1.39 million.

Sellers: Madison and Suzanne Murphy.
