WestRidge Place Apartments Sells for $15M

Did someone say million-dollar deals and construction? Here’s this week’s highlights:

► Rock Creek Housing LLC, an affiliate of Moline Management in Springfield, Missouri, paid $15 million for the 224-unit WestRidge Place Apartments at 420 Napa Valley Drive in west Little Rock.

Seller: Bristol Park Apartments Ltd., an affiliate of April Housing in Los Angeles.

► Boynerian LLC, led by Arek, Arpi and Avedis Boynerian, purchased the 27-unit Park Place Apartments at 920 Commerce St. in downtown Little Rock for more than $2.2 million.

Seller? Mac Park Place LLC, led by Joshua and Jennifer Malone.

► Jack Tyler Family LLC sold a 120-acre tract on the west side of Frazier Pike near Thibault Road in east Little Rock for more than $1.8 million.

The city of Little Rock acquired the land to expand the Little Rock Port Industrial Park.

► John and Stacey Knoernschild bought a 5,325-SF house in west Little Rock’s Hallen Court neighborhood for nearly $1.5 million.

Seller: Rector Phillips Morse Inc., led by Kris Upton.

► MIDA Group II LLC, an affiliate of K Barger Realty in St. Petersburg, Florida, sold a 13,386-SF office-warehouse at 7810 Industry Drive in North Little Rock for almost $1.4 million
