Jenny Wilkes has joined Barber Law Firm in Little Rock in an of counsel role. Wilkes will work in areas related to tax and estate planning, business and corporate law and mergers and acquisitions.
Michael B. Heister, Jeb H. Joyce and Joseph W. Price II have been named managing members of Quattlebaum Grooms & Tull law firm.
Heister works in the Little Rock office on cases relating to complex business litigation, regulatory proceedings, environmental compliance and natural resources and appeals.
Joyce works at the firm’s office in Springdale, where he focuses on commercial real estate.
Price practices civil litigation in the Little Rock office.
Milton Fine has been promoted to chief administrative law judge for the Arkansas Workers’ Compensation Commission in Little Rock. Fine’s previous role was as an administrative law judge. Fine replaced Barbara Webb, who was elected to the Arkansas Supreme Court.
