Robbie Williams has been promoted to partner at Rasco Winter Thomas Group of Little Rock.
Williams joined L. Cotton Thomas & Co. in 2008 and stayed with the company through the merger with Rasco Winter Abston Moore & Associates to create Rasco Winter Thomas Group in 2018.
Rob Dickinson and Jens Talbert have been promoted to vice president at the Stephens Group LLC of Little Rock.
Dickinson, who has been with the firm since 2018, is involved with investments in Catalyst Acoustics Group, Pearlman Group and Spitzer Industries.
Talbert is involved with investments in Armor, CoreLink, Kele and Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams and joined the company in 2020.
Anna Hallsell has joined First Service Bank of Greenbrier as branch manager in Little Rock.
Hallsell received her bachelor’s degree from UA Little Rock, where she studied sociology with minors in entrepreneurship and small-business management.
