Wilmington Acquisition LLC, an affiliate of Maxus Realty Trust of North Kansas City, Missouri, bought Wilmington Apartments at 617 Donovan Briley Blvd. The seller is PC Wilmington LLC of Provo, Utah.
The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $3.1 million from Great Southern Bank of Springfield, Missouri.
PC Wilmington acquired the project for $1.9 million in August 2014 from Wilmington Apartments Ltd. of Gardena, California.
Westwood Building
Construction of a 25,000-SF home improvement store is in motion after a $2.1 million land deal in west Little Rock.
Westwood Real Estate Development Co. LLC, led by Steve Wortman, purchased the 2.86-acre property at 14900 Cantrell Road. The seller is 14910 Cantrell LLC, led by Steve Hockersmith.
The project is financed with a seven-year loan of $4.16 million from Relyance Bank of Pine Bluff.
The land is part of a $3.2 million land assembly.
The sellers were the namesake trusts of Edward and Bonnie Cargile, $1.35 million in December 2004; and PJM Revocable Trust, led by Phyllis McGrew, $1.9 million in July 2006.
Mini-Transaction
A 55,565-SF mini-storage facility in southwest Little Rock tipped the scales at $1.7 million.
Little Rock Self Storage LLC of Cordova, Tennessee, acquired the U-Store-It project at 6100 Leon Circle from Wood Stone Little Rock LLC of Mount Kisco, New York.
The deal is funded with a five-year loan of $1.4 million from Centennial Bank of Conway.
Wood Stone recovered the 3.34-acre development from U-Store-It Solutions LLC of Tarzana, California, at a $1.35 million foreclosure in October 2013.
The property was purchased for $2.4 million in December 2006 from U-Storit Inc., led by Bill Humble.

The deal is financed with a $450,000 loan from Centennial Bank.
The Hastings family has owned the property since striking an April 1957 deal with Mabel Down.

The 6.11-acre property previously helped secure a June 2010 mortgage of $479,700 held by Regions Bank of Birmingham, Alabama.
