Window Maker WinChoice Plans $3M Expansion of Mountain Pine Facility

1 min read

Window maker WinChoice of Hot Springs on Friday announced a $3 million expansion of its manufacturing facility in Mountain Pine.

The project aims to meet growing demand for WinChoice products, the Arkansas Economic Development Commission said in a news release. It’s expected to create more than 50 jobs in the Mountain Pine area.

The company told Arkansas Business in 2023 that it generated annual revenue of $44 million and expected to window sales to climb to $57 million that year. “We have huge growth expectations,” Shaun Keefe, co-founder of WinChoice, said at the time.

WinChoice operates as a direct manufacturer and installer, specializing in custom energy-efficient residential windows, as well as roofing replacement. In the coming months, WinChoice plans to expand its offerings to home improvement products.

With the company entering a new era, it’s retiring the WinChoice USA and Morfe Windows brands to create a unified, modernized presence in the marketplace as WinChoice.

“By uniting under one brand, we’re simplifying our identity while strengthening our mission to deliver quality products and service,” Keefe said in the release. “This is a new chapter for WinChoice, and it’s one we’re thrilled to share with Mountain Pine and beyond.”

The project follows a 2017 expansion of the Mountain Pine plant.
