Sarah Day
Windstream Holdings Inc. of Little Rock said Thursday that CEO Tony Thomas appointed Sarah Day as president of Consumer and Small Business effective Jan. 1.
“I have great confidence in Sarah,” Thomas said in a news release. “She has a tremendous wealth of experience as a strategic leader and is delivering high-quality products to our customers.”
Day, who joined the company in 2008, has served for six months as interim president of the division.
“I’m very excited to take on this challenge of leading the consumer and small business division of Windstream,” said Day. “This team has a proven track record, and we have a clear strategy and plan in place to continue our success.”
Day graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a degree in cultural anthropology and received a master’s of business administration from Wake Forest University’s Babcock Graduate School of Management.
