Pebbles Fagan is the new associate director of the Division of Cancer Prevention & Control of the Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. Fagan will lead new and existing cancer prevention and control activities at the Cancer Institute.

Dr. Scott Fleck has joined Washington Regional of Fayetteville as an interventional radiologist. Fleck earned his medical degree and completed his residency in integrated interventional and diagnostic radiology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Dr. Siva Kumar Kasina has joined Baptist Health Fort Smith. Kasina is an endocrinologist who specializes in diabetes, thyroid diseases, metabolic disorders, calcium and bone disorders, and disorders of hormone-producing adrenal and pituitary glands.

Dr. Anne Montgomery has joined Washington Regional Plaza Internal Medicine Clinic in Fayetteville. Montgomery provides comprehensive care for patients including preventive care, women’s health services and evaluation, and diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
