• KLS Leasing LLC, led by Kathy Smith, purchased Midtown Baptist Church at 6711 W. Markham St. for $4.2 million.

• Colonel Glenn Plaza LLC, an affiliate of Rector Phillips Morse Inc., acquired its namesake 23,970-SF retail project at 10912 Col. Glenn Road for $3.5 million.
