• Elman Little Rock Associates LLC of New York bought the 33,720-SF building at 333 Executive Court in west Little Rock from KRL Properties LLC, led by Mark Leverett.

• KLS Leasing LLC, led by Kathy Smith, purchased Midtown Baptist Church at 6711 W. Markham St. for $4.2 million.
Seller: Lutheran Church Extension Fund of St. Louis.
• Colonel Glenn Plaza LLC, an affiliate of Rector Phillips Morse Inc., acquired its namesake 23,970-SF retail project at 10912 Col. Glenn Road for $3.5 million.
