Westrock Hotels LLC, led by Pravinchandra Patel, Ishver Govind and Manish Patel, sold the 128-room Holiday Inn at 10920 Financial Centre Parkway in west Little Rock for $5.5 million.
The buyer is Outstanding Hospitality LLC of Spring, Texas.

Arvest Bank of North Little Rock sold a 6,000-SF convenience store at 7808 Highway 300 in Roland for $200,000 to United Lone Enterprises LLC of Little Rock, led by Mohammad and Shahlla Lone.
