WLR Mariott Leads Off Latest Seven-Digit Deals

Time to break out another six-pack of seven digit deals in Pulaski County.

The biggest of the bunch, weighing in at $4.5 million, is a 78-room hotel in west Little Rock.

KNB Hospitality LLC, led by Bhavin Sharolia, bought the Springhill Suites by Mariott at 306 Markham Center Drive from Summit Hospitality I LLC of Sioux Falls, S.D.

Manganaro’s Hero Boy Inc. of New York purchased a 1.5-acre development on Warden Road in Sherwood from OTB Acquisition LLC of Irving, Texas.

The eatery deal is valued at $4.3 million. The project is southeast of the Academy Sports store at 6100 Warden Road.

Down the road in North Little Rock, a 66,000-SF industrial facility changed hands in a $1.5 million sale. I-40 RV Land LLC, led by Paul Minton, acquired the 4545 W. Bethany Road project.

Seller? Inviting Properties LLC, led by Pamela Hatcher and Sarah Mitchell.

Farther west, a 32,426-SF building products facility in North Little Rock rang up a $1.5 million sale.

PBP Real Estate I LLC of Memphis bought the Plymouth Building Products project at 9900 Maumelle Blvd. from CTRJ Properties LLC, once led by Steve Clary and Jephta Thibault.

Completing the roster is an 8,320-SF Family Dollar Store in southwest Little Rock.

Realty Income Trust 2 of Escondido, Calif., purchased the 10412 Chicot Road project for $1.2 million.
