WLR Office Building, Southeast Pulaski Farmland Each Sold in Seven-Digit Deals

A 24,567-SF office building in west Little Rock and agri land covering 780 acres in southeast Pulaski County topped the $1 million mark.

• Full Harvest Agricultural REIT II Inc. of Clarksdale, Miss., assembled property in three transactions totaling $3 million with James Wayne IV and Anthony Wayne Headley.

The farmland extends southwest from near the southwest corner of Clear Lake Toltec and Wayne roads.

• 203 Executive Court LLC, led by Neil Pennington, bought the 201 Executive Court project for $2.1 million.
