• LRWINS Hospitality LLC, led by Yogesh Asudani, acquired the 93-room Wingate by Windham at 1212 S. Shackleford Road for $5.7 million from Little Rock Lodging LLC of Aberdeen, South Dakota.
• A&J Lin LLC of Pleasanton, California, bought the Slim Chickens at 7514 Cantrell Road for $2.9 million. Seller: SC 7 Cantrell LLC of Fayetteville.
• Marsilmor Properties LLC, led by Helen Marshall, sold the 98-unit Parkway Crossing Apartments at 2000 Parkway Drive for $1.7 million. Buyer? OOWALGE LLC, led by Valecia Ootsey-Walker.
• Allen and Nancy Redding sold their 40-acre spread and 5,718-SF house for $1 million. Buyers: Jason and Sarah Everett.
