Youth Home CEO David Napier to Lead National Association (Movers & Shakers)

David Napier, CEO of Youth Home Inc. in Little Rock, has been appointed president of the National Association for Children’s Behavioral Health.

He previously served as vice president and will be president for a two-year team.


Melissa Felty, Phyllis Freeman and Andrea Savage were promoted at Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield in Little Rock.

Felty was promoted from supervisor, budget and analysis, to manager of administrative cost, FEP accounting and payroll.

Freeman has been promoted from claims manager for Exchange and Health Advantage to director of claims services for Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Health Advantage and the federal marketplace.

Savage has been promoted from manager, administrative cost management, to director of financial operations utilization expense and administrative cost.


Chris Beasley, a massage therapist at the midtown Little Rock and Chenal locations of Massage Envy in Little Rock, has been named regional therapist of the year by Massage Envy.
