1 min read

Youth Home Inc. of Little Rock announced Thursday that it has increased its minimum wage for workers to $20 an hour.

In addition, the nonprofit’s board will increase retirement plan matching and improve other benefits.

All the changes, made amid a tight labor market, are effective Dec. 12.

“Our agency’s focus on sustainability and growth requires that we provide a great place to work for all team members,” CEO David Napier said in a news release. “We recognize that each member of our team is essential to the mission of our organization and must be compensated competitively.“
