Gina and Mike Fullerton say they were conned by an ex-con. The man they accuse, Kristian Nelson, says that it was the Fullertons who took advantage of his criminal record to deny him a partnership. The Pinnacle Valley Restaurant west of Little Rock is at the center of the dispute, which involves allegations of shoddy work and Nelson’s failure to complete an adjacent office building.
