Golden Hospitality LLC, the owner of the Candlewood Suites shown above, owns the parcels outlined in yellow. SCE Properties LLC plans to build a Kum & Go store on its land, outlined in red. While the area outlined in green is within SCE's parcels, Golden Hospitality is asking for the area to be designated a prescriptive easement. (Parcel lines are approximate.)
