Barr has been hired as chair of the Department of Pediatrics and associate dean for child health at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, as well as pediatrician-in-chief for Arkansas Children’s Hospital, and Dr. Robert L. “Lee” Archer has been named chair of the Department of Neurology. read more >

Kudos: Goodwill Gains Rehab Accreditation, UAMS Names Oral Health Clinic After Delta Dental
Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, based in Little Rock, has received full three-year accreditation from the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. The accreditation process began more than a year ago, and a two-day study by CARF determined Goodwill’s status. read more >
