U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton and Bill Dillard III
On a recent Saturday lunch trip to Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe at 8200 Cantrell Road, our spy spotted U.S. Sen. Tom Cotton and Bill Dillard III enjoying a bite to eat.
Dillard III, of course, is a senior vice president at Dillard’s Inc., the Little Rock department store chain where his father, William Dillard II, is CEO.
Decorating their table was the recently released book “Charter Schools and Their Enemies” by Thomas Sowell.
