1 min read

RightFiber, a brand of Ritter Communications of Jonesboro, is launching a $5 million infrastructure project to bring fiber optic internet to El Dorado. With construction expected to conclude in the summer of 2025, RightFiber will connect neighborhoods and businesses in the community with broadband connectivity.

RightFiber’s network is built with 100% fiber, powering up to five gigabits in homes and 100 gigabits for businesses.

“We’re proud to continue expanding our advanced fiber optic network to communities across Arkansas,” Ritter Communications CEO Heath Simpson said in a press release. “At RightFiber, we’re committed to doing what’s right for the communities we serve. Each new deployment connects more individuals to best-in-class technology, empowering them to thrive in today’s digital world. We look forward to serving the vibrant community of El Dorado and adding to the momentum of their growth.”

Ritter has been expanding rapidly this year, most recently in Texarkana, Fort Smith, Rogers and Lowell, as well as Ruston, Louisiana.

“El Dorado is excited to welcome RightFiber to our community,” Paul Choate, mayor of El Dorado, said in the release. “RightFiber’s investment in our community provides businesses and residents with a competitive option for high-speed, fiber internet, TV and phone.”

RightFiber’s initial construction areas will be notified when services are available by door tags, mail, yard signs and door-to-door team members.
