Michael Langley has joined the Barber Law Firm as an attorney. He most recently served as director of the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Division from 2007 to 2015.
Langley graduated in May 1991 from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a bachelor’s degree in political science and a minor in English, later graduating from the University of Arkansas School of Law in December 1993. Over the years, Langley has focused his practice on governmental relations and administrative law, particularly alcohol and criminal law.
Langley is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association. In 2005, Northeast Arkansas Business Today listed him as an Outstanding Young Executive. Arkansas Business named Langley as one of its 40 Under 40 in 2001.
As the newest addition to the firm’s full-service law practice, Langley, in addition to providing lobbying services, will represent both businesses and individuals concerning governmental, administrative and criminal matters.
