ATRI Appoints Four New Members to its Board

The American Transportation Research Institute announced Tuesday the appointment of four new members to its board of directors, including James Reed, president and CEO of USA Truck of Van Buren.

ATRI Chairman Judy McReynolds, chairman, president and CEO of ArcBest Corp. of Fort Smith, also appointed the following individuals to serve on the ATRI Board:

• Andrew Boyle, co-president of Boyle Transportation of Billerica, Massachusetts;
• Benjamin McLean, CEO of Ruan Transportation Management of Des Moines, Iowa; and
• Dennis Nash, chairman and CEO of Kenan Advantage Group of North Canton, Ohio.

Karen Rasmussen was also appointed to chair the ATRI’s Research Advisory Committee, replacing Scott Mugno, who was nominated to lead OSHA. Rasmussen is the president and CEO of HELP Inc. of Phoenix, Arizona.
