Did you know Unity Health of Searcy has made another move in the Cabot market?

Steven Webb

CA Asset Management LLC, led by Steven Webb, recently purchased 65 acres in north Cabot along Highway 38 between U.S. 67-167 and Highway 367 for more than $2.2 million. As you may recall, Webb is the CEO of Searcy’s Unity Health and was one of Arkansas Business’ 40 Under 40 in 2019.

The sellers are the heirs of Geraldine Faye Cook: Sandra C. Hunter, Vickie Williamson, Faye Page, Carolyn Allen, Gloria Mooney, Gary Page and Carl Page.

Unity Health said in a statement to Whispers that it bought the land as investment property. “At this time there are no concrete plans for the property. However, Unity Health’s leadership is open to future business opportunities which could involve health care services,” the hospital system said.

As we told you last month, Unity Health-White County Medical Center bought two health care-related projects in Cabot for a combined $3.5 million.

The 15,526-SF Cabot Medical Clinic at 2037 W. Main St. and the 12,532-SF rehabilitation center and pharmacy at 2039 W. Main St. were purchased from CMC Holdings LLC, NBM Inc. and Crestwood Medical Joint Venture, all led by Brian Winstead.

White County Medical Center is one of Arkansas’ largest hospitals ranked by revenue. For the fiscal year that ended Sept. 30, 2018, it had $247.2 million in net patient revenue and $16.8 million in net income.
