Remember the new hotel project that was supposed to break ground in downtown Little Rock last year that we told you about?
The construction financing is in hand, and groundbreaking for the 100-room Holiday Inn Express & Suites is planned for late July.
Location: a 1-acre site on the south side of East Fourth Street between Rector and Collins streets.
The project, touted as a $15 million development, should be completed by late summer 2020.
