The Little Rock advertising agency Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods was the big winner at the 2013 Addy Awards last month, winning nearly half of the 152 awards handed out.
CJRW took home 72 Addys from the Arkansas Advertising Federation-Little Rock, a chapter of the American Advertising Federation, which honored central Arkansas’ advertising and creative community.
“While it’s certainly an honor to be recognized for our creative work, we are more excited about the fact that the work produced great results for our clients,” said Wayne Woods, chairman and CEO of CJRW on its website.
“In fact, recent research has shown that advertising honored for creativity can be more effective at driving sales, while also improving brand image in an increasingly crowded marketplace.”
Of the 413 professional and student entries submitted, 152 gold, silver and bronze Addys were awarded.
The Little Rock ad firm Eric Rob & Isaac racked up 43 awards and Arkansas Business Publishing Group’s own Little Rock Soirée received six.
