Matt Casey, a licensed professional engineer, has joined ISG Inc. of Mankato, Minnesota. He will work in the firm’s Rogers office.

Will Sawyer has been promoted to vice president, global business operations and strategy at Cobb-Vantress LLC of Siloam Springs. Matilde Alfonso has joined as vice president, sales and technical services. Leandro Farias will take the role of managing director, finance and accounting, as Chris Lewellen, vice president of finance and accounting, prepares to retire.

Reggie Summerville has been promoted to general manager at Good Day Farm of Little Rock. He joined the company in 2021 as a budtender and now works at Good Day Farm’s Cantrell Road location in Little Rock.

Allison Cooke

Allison Cooke has joined AgHeritage Farm Credit Services of Little Rock as a compliance and office operations specialist. She will work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Katie Pipkin

Katie Pipkin has been promoted to vice president, regional trust manager at Arvest Wealth Management of Lowell. She joined the company in 2016 and will oversee trust services in the River Valley and central Arkansas.

Kyle Woodruff

Kyle Woodruff has joined the Rogers insurance division of First Western Bank of Booneville. He will work as an insurance adviser, specializing in commercial insurance.

John Householder has joined First Community Bank of Batesville as senior vice president, risk management. With 28 years of banking experience, he will work to monitor and mitigate risks facing the bank and will also contribute to overall strategy. Nikki Smith, vice president, credit analyst for the bank’s Harrison region, and Brandt McDonald, vice president, retail banking at the Batesville headquarters, have graduated from the Paul W. Barret Jr. Graduate School of Banking in Memphis. They were among 83 students who completed the three-year curriculum.

Zack Sokora

Zack Sokora has been promoted to partner at TMB Capital Partners in Little Rock. Sokora joined the firm in 2024 as a financial advisor and vice president of investments.

Consulting

Grace Gill has been promoted by Startup Junkie of Fayetteville to director of the company’s Fuel Accelerator program. She has been with Startup Junkie since 2022. Permjot Valia has joined the Fuel Accelerator program as entrepreneur in residence and senior adviser.

Sandra Massey

Sandra Massey has been appointed interim vice chancellor for academic affairs at Arkansas State University-Mountain Home. She has more than 25 years of higher education experience and will serve during the search for an executive vice chancellor.

David Catlin

Dr. David Catlin has joined the department of psychiatry at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock as an assistant professor. He works with patients in the UAMS Health Child Study Center at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock.

Angie Cooper, president and CEO of Heartland Forward of Bentonville, will be leading the organization after Ross DeVol, Heartland’s leader since 2019, transitioned to a role of chairman emeritus and distinguished fellow.
