Mark Stodola, mayor of Little Rock, was elected last month to a one-year term as president of the National League of Cities, the largest advocacy organization for cities and city leaders.
Ryan Norris has been named Arkansas state director for Americans for Prosperity.
A resident of Arkansas for more than 20 years, Norris has an MBA from Harding University at Searcy and previously worked in nonprofit management and in the Arkansas Secretary of State’s Office.
