Dr. Richard Johns of Practice Management Services Inc. of Little Rock.
Richard Johns, the Little Rock physician charged with running a “pill mill” of fraudulent painkiller prescriptions, is scheduled to be in court Monday, but it won’t be for the start of his trial.
His trial has been rescheduled for March 27 before Chief U.S. District Judge Brian Miller.
On Jan. 23, the day Johns’ trial was previously set to begin, Miller will hold a hearing on various motions filed in the case, some of which have been filed under seal.
