A new, redesigned website for entrepreneurs and small businesses has been launched by Arkansas Capital Corporation, and a video elevator pitch contest will help unveil it.

Arkansas Capital Corporation of Little Rock has launched ArkSourceLink.com to provide resources to startups and small businesses.

ACC will hold a 60-second, video pitch contest to help “celebrate” the new site, according to a press release. Deadline for entry into the contest is Feb. 15. ACC is offering free use of its video teams for interested teams. Teams must be based in Arkansas and focused on innovation or emerging technologies.

Two employees from the winning team will receive a trip to this year’s South by Southwest conference, March 8-12 in Austin, Texas. The top prize, valued at $8,600, includes airfare, lodging, festival passes and a rental car.

Criteria used to judge the pitches includes quality of the pitch, business viability, market opportunity, competitive advantage and management. Judges will include Innovate Arkansas advisors Jeff Amerine and Ted Dickey, and Arkansas native Kristian Andersen, president of KA+A and founder of Gravity Ventures.
