Tammy Tompkins has been hired as manager of the mortgage department of First Arkansas Bank & Trust of Jacksonville. A graduate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, Tompkins worked in commercial property management in New Orleans and Dallas. Mark Wilson, who has been with First Arkansas Bank & Trust of Jacksonville since 2001, has been promoted to senior vice president and chief credit officer.
